Request travel advice
When you request travel advice, you share your first name, last name, e-mail address, number of people, age of your children, telephone number, budget, preferred contact date, preferred contact time and explanation of the travel party and the details of the trip with us. Thanks to this data, we can provide travel advice that meets your wishes, and we are then able to contact you about this advice. The travel advice is stored in the Genes Adventures content management system. The request for travel advice is also registered anonymously in Google Analytics, purely for analysis purposes.
Sign up for our newsletter
When you sign up for our newsletter, your first name, last name, e-mail address, preferred setup and relationship with Genes Adventures will be saved. This information is processed by Wix, the e-mail marketing software with which we send our newsletter and e-mail communication. The data is used to address you and to send e-mail communication. The registration for the newsletter is also registered anonymously in Google Analytics, purely for analysis purposes.
Request a quote
When you request the quote, your first name, last name, e-mail address details are stored. Sensitive/special personal data
Our website and / or service doesn’t intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 unless they have the permission of their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you think that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us at info@genesadventures.com , we’ll delete this information.
Temporary data storage by Genes Adventures
After you’ve purchased a product or service from Genes Adventures, you’ll remain in our customer base for a maximum of 3 years so that we can inform you about changes to our products or services. Of course you can unsubscribe here. If you’ve registered for our newsletter, we’ll delete data after it has been inactive for a year. The retention period of data depends on the purpose for which we received or collected the data and on legal obligations to store data. Google Analytics
We’ve entered into a processor agreement with Google. The data that we collect in Google Analytics is made anonymous and encrypted. The so-called “sharing of data” with Google is off. Finally, we don’t use the Analytics cookies in combination with other Google services.
View, correct or delete data
